Ask us anythingIs there a setup fee or minimum order?
There is no upfront setup cost and no bulk inventory order. Products are made to order, so your PTA or school does not need to buy, store, or distribute stock.
Can our PTA start a store?
A PTA can be the starting point. We work with your organization to identify the approvals needed for the school's name, mascot, and artwork before anything goes live. A school-wide arrangement depends on the school's approval and any existing vendor agreements.
Do you handle orders and questions from parents?
ROAR's service includes store management, order fulfillment, shipping, and customer support. Your team approves the designs and helps introduce the store to your community.
How does our school receive its share?
Our school payout schedule ranges from 15% to 30%, based on annual store sales, with monthly payouts. Eligible sales, treatment of each tier, refunds, and the payment recipient are confirmed in your written school agreement.
How quickly can we launch?
A store can launch in as little as 10 days after we have approved artwork and the information needed to build it. School approvals and design revisions can affect timing.
What about shipping, returns, and product quality?
We agree on the product lineup, pricing, delivery estimates, customer support, and return terms before launch. We recommend reviewing physical samples before your community starts ordering.
Can you be our school's exclusive merchandise provider?
That's the kind of long-term partnership we'd like to build. Exclusivity is discussed with the authorized school or district decision-maker and documented in the agreement. A PTA store on its own does not establish school-wide exclusivity.
Do you offer athlete merchandise?
Yes. Athlete posters, trading cards, and other keepsakes can be part of the conversation. We confirm school, family, athlete, and photo permissions before using names or images. These products are optional additions to your school spirit store.
